Seven months ago I committed to a 2-week trip to Sri Lanka , in two weeks I leave for said trip. What makes this trip particularity special is that I’m traveling with Haley, Emily and Renee- a group of girls I’ve known since I was 12 years old. We’ve survived junior high, high school, college, divorce, breakups, and growing up in a small town with not much to do. One of us is a brilliant Financial Analyst; the other a brilliant Marine Biologist; another has been married for a ridiculously long time considering our age but has managed to build a beautiful partnership and raising a v cool kid which is inspiring. We are all different but the value we add to one another lives make us better women, better friends, just better individuals. Luf dem.
