Rats at work. Jeff, Michelle and I managed to remember to wear green.
Crossfit from 6 pm-7 pm. Focused on form. Worked on my clean to press to shoulder press to push press.
Thursday’s Workout: 40 calorie row. 10 squats . 40 Burpees to box jumps. 10 squats. 40 cross arm push-ups. 10 squats.
Post Workout included a Pabst beer and March Madness. I past out at 9 pm like a little baby.
Sri Lanka Update: Looks like Chat’s made it happen. I’ll be able to surf when we travel to the south side of Sri Lanka to explore Unawatuna. I still need to take care of my vaccinations, I need to get them this weekend- for sure.
